Some workmen ripped them up to my horror - they haven't yet flowered but are forming buds. I replanted withing 2 hours.
It is not too hot today and I gave them some seaweed solution...

But to answer your question, yes they can - if they do not go into shock or the roots dry out. Try to protect them from direct sun, keep them moist - even mist the top growth - and cross your green fingers. I might be tempted to take the buds off so the plant can put it's energy into surviving the move.
