I use basil, thyme, and a little oregano in my homemade tomato soup, but don´t know what will go in a sweet pea soup-any suggesions.
What herbs go well with sweet pea soup?
mint.this is the perfect herb for it.it will give it a wonderfully refreshing taste.try some flatleaf parsley as well.be adventurous.why not?

Reply:Mint is classic with peas but basil makes a nice change. They must be fresh though, dried herbs dont work well in pea soup.
